A Texas bar is preparing to reopen Friday after a shutdown order kept its doors closed for months in response to the Chinese coronavirus. Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, just blocks from the Texas State Fairgrounds, the Dog Park and Dog Bar offers a mix of live music, food, drinks and a variety of dog-friendly activities for dogs and their owners. John Bebe, owner of Dog Park & Bar in Dallas-Fort Worth, has announced that the third phase will open.

Enjoy a large dog-friendly terrace while sampling the many flavors of Austin Eastciders in the East Austin Tap Room. Guests can visit the special attractions of the Dog Park and Dog Bar and Texas State Fairground in downtown Dallas. Enjoy live music, dancing and karaoke, or hang out with your dog on the terrace and enjoy a glass of one of the city's most popular craft beers, such as Austin Westcider. For those who need a break from the music, the lounge upstairs offers a dance party with live entertainment and a variety of food and drinks for dogs and owners.

The Hole is one of the longest-running clubs in Austin's music scene, and founding members meet for a live show every Friday night at 6 p.m. The Hole, a family-run punk rock pizza joint, was the original salon space, a tiny room filled with old-school punk and rock'n "roll music. Located on the corner of South Main Street and West Sixth Street in downtown Austin, this sausage house and beer garden has been a popular place in Austin for the past five years. Ride the Mash, founding member meets every Saturday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. and every Sunday from 7 to 10 p.m.
